Get to Know Lauren Carson
Springdale Arkansas Creative Photographer
Lauren is an award winning portrait and fashion photographer who lives in Northwest Arkansas. Her art has been displayed in several local galleries including the new Alexander Gallery at the Walton Arts Center.
Lauren enjoys embracing creativity and trying new and unexpected things. She loves leaning into her unique vision and process and creating work that is different while still feeling timeless. Her clients love seeing their visions come to life in a creative and beautiful way.
She worked as a pediatric physical therapist for 13 years with emphasis on trauma focused practice and meeting children where they are. This experience helped her to hold space for people’s unease or anxiety as they step in front of the camera. Her number one goal is for clients to feel seen. She never forces the process but allow it to happen slowly and naturally.
Lauren is currently Vice President of The Art Gallery at NWA Mall and she loves the community of artists that she gets to work with. She also coordinates with local schools and art teachers to display K-12 student art monthly at the gallery.
